Sunday Worship @ 10 am

Worship alternates weekly between traditional services in the Sanctuary (with a special anthem by the choir) and modern services in the Fellowship Hall (with music led by a small Worship Team).

Children’s Time led by Roger Gallahan is held every Sunday during worship.

The nursery is available during service for children 5 and under.

Sunday School

Sundays @ 9 am

Children’s Class – Rm. 220 (Office Side)

Open to K-5^th Graders and led by Roger Gallahan.

Adult Class 1 – Rm. 120 (Sanctuary Side)

This Sunday School Class is a group of adults who enjoy learning more about God. We study books of the Bible and books by Christian authors and usually have rotating teachers. We enjoy sharing how we see God working in our lives as we try to follow Christ’s way.

Adult Class 2 – Rm. 226 (Office Side)

Led by Chuck Lanning and Steve Lucy, this 45-minute Adult Bible Study uses Bible Study booklets from Cokesbury year-round. Each booklet is divided into three units that discuss one major subject (ex. Finding Balance or Empowering Spirit). All lessons use the Bible as the major source material and is explained and discussed by the leader. Participants are encouraged to take their booklet home to study for the next weeks’ lesson.

What can I expect when I visit?

Parking: There is always plenty of parking available, but we do have some visitor parking spaces next to the cemetery (and to the left of the church – if you’re coming from Rt. 249/New Kent Highway). We also have handicapped parking. There is additional parking lot (with several handicapped spaces) available around the building on the office side.
Dress: Please come in whatever makes you comfortable. We have congregation members that wear suits and ties and those that wear jeans and T-shirts. Please don’t let clothes stop you from coming to worship!
Welcome Team: We usually have a member of our Welcome Team available to greet you and help you find your way around the church. They also have a welcome gift for you! Be sure to look for their yellow smiley face badge
Childcare: Our nursery is open for children ages 0-5 for 10 a.m. worship service. Children 6 and older attend worship service.
Children’s Time: We have a Children’s Time message with the kids every Sunday during worship.
Worship Style: Our service style alternates weekly between Traditional (in Sanctuary) and Blended (in Fellowship Hall); Coffee is available at the blended services in the Fellowship Hall.
